Dear Support, I am writing to express my disappointment that less than a year after my upgrade, there is another upgrade to purchase again. Should not one enjoy the next upgrade when the newer version is less than a year from the previous purchase? Previously I had upgraded thinking that you would reinstate the option to set the recording times (starting and ending of the recordings) but that did not materialise in the upgrade. Can you help with my pricing? I just bought Video suite for $109 (including insurance) and see it today for $51. so DOUBLE THE PRICE!! Now i have to buy editor for $49 on top. then i have to buy stickers and backgrounds.... wow..... ends up pretty expensive for a granny just trying to make simple videos of her grandkids!! Is there any way you can apply the special price of the suite for me, or give me $50 worth of free extra stuff? I'm a granny on a pension!! Please!!!???

I have been finding that when I run the AI Upscaling program, it will compute a "Remaining time" after a few seconds, and start doing a countdown, but after a while the remaining time will change to "calculating..." and just stay that way, so it's difficult to tell how much longer it's going to take. I think the problem is mostly with larger files. Luckily the progress bar still gets bigger, but I have to hover my mouse over it to see how far along it is. SupportWith Video Suite (I'm using 23.0.1), when I go to Crop and Rotate, I don't see an Apply button like I did with my older version of the Video Editor, so I can't apply the crop. Attached is a screen capture.
